Result of more than 6 months collaborative work among 13 National PV associations, the database provides a wealth of details on existing administrative-legal processes and grid connections requirements in 12 key EU markets. It is a very powerful tool for all project developpers and installers to find out clear and detailed information as well as existing legal remedies. A comparative analysis of required time, cost incurred in the developing phase is made showing best and worst practices across Europe.
- Review the most important barriers and progresses in key countries such as Spain, Italy, France, Greece and Portugal to be made by national experts that have been involved in analysing the national situation in the research phase of the project. They will present potential recommendations to reduce red tape in their country.
