    Description:

     After five successful editions of PV Rome, and the positive experience of Solartech, a new fair - SOLAR PV ROME, the international fair on solar energy - will take place from 5 to 7 September 2012 at Fiera di Roma. A single event for all the aspect of solar energy: photovoltaics, thermal and concentrating solar energy.

    The 2011 edition of PV Rome confirmed the success of a continuously evolving event: 365 exhibitors (40% of which international), an increase of 25% compared to the 2010 edition, 24 conference sessions dedicated to photovoltaic solar energy and 10 sessions on thermal solar energy andconcentrating solar power (Solartech), presented by 486 qualified speakers, with an audience of 3,600 qualified technicians.

    The creation of SOLAR PV ROME is proof of the aim of the event to renew each and every year in response to the needs of the business community. Moreover, in 2012, the event will confirm its aim of internationalization once more: with the confirmed presence of international delegations, highly appreciated in 2011 by exhibitors and visitors (delegations from Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Jordan, Greece, Macedonia, Morocco, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Tunisia e Turkey).

    SOLAR PV ROME will take place during ZeroEmission Rome, the event dedicated to renewable energies, environmental sustainability, the fight against climate changes and emission trading, which, in 2011, took up an area of 45,000 square metres and had a record 30,400 visitors.
