The goal of the Caucasus Edition of the Congress is the further development and transfer of clean technologies, together with the acceleration of environmental business growth and supply base in the Caucasus Region.

Focus based on the “Decree on additional measures related to the introduction of alternative and renewable energy sources” signed by Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev. 

Session 2 Source of Finance 
Focus: Private Equity, Grant Funding and Tax Subsidies/Credits, Project Financing, Corporate Social Responsibility, Venture Capital. Terms and conditions of inclusion in governmental programs and other involvements 

Session 3 Emerging opportunities for Environmental Business in the Caucasus Region
Focus: Invitation for partnership and cooperation - Local companies` vision Overview on large potential for renewable energy power generation in the areas of Solar, Wind, Geothermal, Hydroelectric, Biomass, and Waste Management 

Session 4 Environmental Business and Climate Friendly Technologies Transfer
Focus: Active Joint-Ventures in the Caucasus Region - use of experience and expertise; Vision on Strategic Alliances, Partnership and Investments by international companies; Guidelines: Solar, Wind, Geothermal, Waste Management, Biomass, Hydroelectric, Innovations, Education 

Session 5 Round Table - all opportunities, challenges, proposals, comments and ideas raised by participants are to be discussed in this session
Focus: analysis of situation, guidelines on acceleration of environmental business development in the Caucasus region
